National scholarship program for students in Kyrgyzstan
Batken Petroleum LLC is inviting applications for the 2025–26 academic year from Kyrgyzstan students pursuing degrees in core engineering and earth sciences. This scholarship supports talented students who want to build their skills and contribute to the country’s energy and infrastructure future.
Who can apply

Citizens or permanent residents of Kyrgyzstan

Enrolled in, or holding an offer from, an accredited university in Kyrgyzstan for the 2025–26 session

Full-time students in one of the eligible fields listed below

Good academic standing and a strong motivation to study, learn, and apply skills responsibly
This program is national. Grants are offered to Kyrgyzstan students only.

What the scholarship provides

Tuition support and/or academic expenses for the 2025–26 session

Non-financial support where possible, such as mentorship conversations and career guidance events

Program guidelines

Scholarships are for the 2025–26 session only. Renewals are not automatic. Past recipients may reapply in a future year.

Funds are typically paid to the university or through another verifiable method that ensures they are used for study costs.

Recipients may be asked to share a short progress update during the year and a closing note at the end of the session.

There is no application fee. We never ask applicants for money or gifts.

Batken Petroleum employees may apply only if their university’s policy and our internal policy allow it. If in doubt, ask before applying.

Can first-year students apply?
Yes. If you have an admission offer for 2025–26 in an eligible field, include it with your application.
Is financial need required?
Need is not required, but you can note any constraints in your statement. We consider overall context.
Do you fund master’s students?
Yes, if the program is in an eligible field and at an accredited institution in Kyrgyzstan.
Can I apply if I study part-time?
This program is for full-time students. If you have special circumstances, explain them in your email.
What happens after I apply?
You will receive an acknowledgment within 5 business days. If documents are missing, we will ask for them. Results are emailed to all applicants after decisions are finalized.
Data and privacy
Your documents are used only for the scholarship review. We store applications securely and restrict access to the review committee. We may ask successful applicants for permission to share a short profile or photo on our website or social channels. You can decline and this will not affect your award.
